Loch Lomond Holiday Park

Stunning location, very quiet and perfect for a relaxing get away. Shop has the basic essentials you need for reasonable prices. Caravans and lodges are beautiful. They are all pretty much new, and extremely clean. Each caravan comes with basic essentials, plus bedding, toilet roll, washing up liquid, towels, cleaning, hoover, tea/coffee etc.

Loch Lomond holiday park is really nice and the location could not be better. We had a lodge right on the waterfront with a balcony and it gave the best views. The lodge was spacious with 3 bedrooms, comfy sofa and a nice kitchen. The beds were super comfy and I slept right through the night and the central heating kept it all cozy. The shower was really strong and you always had hot water on tap. The kitchen had the usual equipment but also had a washing machine and dishwasher which was a nice surprise. The only downside and it depends on what is important to you is that there was no chopping knives, no measuring jug either and only one Tin for the oven. Some bits were a bit worn like the table legs were peeling, the table outside under the glass was completely broken, but to us not a major problem. The recycling bin had no lid and thus was full of water. The lodge was immaculately clean and beds were all made, comfy pillows provided along with towels. A nice touch was a dishwasher tablet, cleaning cloth and some biscuits, plus tea and coffee. The location was really quiet and we saw people get their food all delivered (a plan for our next visit) as the nearest supermarket is quite a long trip. Staff were lovely, and it had a small playpark if the weather permitted. We will definitely visit again in the same lodge as the little bits didn't take away from the brilliant holiday.
